Who would have known that this pandemic will happened. And it will be this long up to this moment. I was invited by the same friend who invited me to Palawan . And the usual we were just tagged along by her cousin this time.

I’ve been Baguio many times before. And It’s been more than 1 decade since my last visit. I don’t remember exactly. There’s alot of changes. Too commercialized, crowded, and more traffic.

It’s easier to travel by land now that there’s this called “Joiners”. It’s a tour guide like 13 to 15 people in a van. They are posting on Facebook who would want to join. Although I’m not sure if this is legally operating but it’s much much cheaper.

This is way back Dec. 5, 2015. It was my first plane ride and my first trip abroad. And not knowing anything about it, I missed my plane. HAAHAHAHa. I didn’t research about what to do at the airport that’s why it happened :D. I have to book for the last trip flight. Luckily there are still available seats. I’ve met an OFW going to Malaysia while waiting on boarding area and she’s the one assisting me at the plane. She even asked the guy who’d pick her up to send me off to the bus going to KLCC.

My cousin who was working there at that time, invited me to come and visit her. We’re close to each other and it’s her first time being away from home and she’s feeling homesick so I went.

I arrived Kuala Lumpur 1:30am. I’ve took the bus to KLCC and arrived around 2am. I was hesitant to call my cousin first because it’s already late. I’d decided to stay at the restaurant. After a few minutes I saw them started cleaning so I have no choice but the call my cousin. Only then I realized that I was not successfully activated my number to roaming. My tablet and phone was run out of battery. The Indian guy from the restaurant lend me his phone to call my cousin.

I walked to the meeting place my cousin asked me to which is at the entrance of train station. There I’ve met a local girl waiting for the train to open. She was from the suburbs and working in the city as a sales lady. Malaysians and Filipinos look the same so she thought I was local. jajajaja

Knowing someone from there saved a lot of trouble and money. yay! Finally I’ve got the chance to see Petronas Tower which I only read on the book when I was studying. Back then it was the highest building in Asia.
